What dietary changes can you make to start lowering your blood pressure? 🤔

1. Up your veggie intake to at least 5 portions a day. 🫑🌶️🥦🫛🥒🍆🍅
2. Get moving - around 150 minutes / week.
3. Put down the salt pot 🧂 - salt is also hidden in many common foods you may not think are “high salt” like ready made meals, soups, gravy powders, sauces.

Are you on thyroid medication?
Did you know that certain foods interact with the absorption of this medication (Levothyroxine) and can reduce its efficacy. Therefore it’s important to have at least 1-2 hours between medication administration and food intake.
