Coached by Shifu Muhammad Junaid Chafeker M.J.Li, Legends of Kungfu World Champion and World Action Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee, rose to the challenge and defeated their Southern African Neighbours π§πΌ π²πΏ πΏπ² πΏπΌ π²πΌ πΉπΏ πΊπ¬. Both SA Chin Woo Kungfu Co Captains: Saifullah Chafeker and Luqmaan Slarmie led from the front with 3 Gold Medals π₯ and 2 Silver Medals π₯ each, while Senior Athlete Sinawo Yola also weighed in with 2 Gold Medals π₯π₯
Zimbabwe πΏπΌ 2nd, Zambia πΏπ² and Botswana π§πΌ tied in 3rd, with Mozambique π²πΏ 4th, Tanzania πΉπΏ 5th, Malawi π²πΌ 6th place respectively.
A solid performance by saw them dominate in The San Shou Chinese Kickboxing Contact, Individual Forms and Synchronized Group Divisions. The S.A. Chin Woo Kungfu Team have now made it a hat trick of wins at The Africa Champs, winning, in 2024, 2025, 2026, ensuring The Southern African Youth Kungfu Championship Trophy stays at home for another year!!!!
