The Wolf Beside Her Soul

Beneath the silver breath of the moon,
the white wolf walks quietly,
its paws touching the frozen earth
like a prayer returning home.

The forest knows its footsteps.
The rivers remember its reflection.
The mountains listen to its howl,
a song older than the first sunrise,
a voice carried through generations.

The elders say the white wolf
is a guardian of the unseen paths,
a spirit that walks between worlds,
watching over the lost,
guiding the hearts that seek their way.

Beside the woman, it stands in silence,
not as a master and companion,
but as two spirits sharing one journey
one carrying the wisdom of the wild,
one carrying the stories of her people.

The wolf has known winter’s cruelty,
the loneliness of endless nights,
yet it still follows the moon,
still trusts the morning will come,
still believes the earth will heal.

And she learns from the white wolf:
strength is not the absence of sorrow,
but the courage to keep walking.
Love is not always spoken,
sometimes it is a quiet presence
beside you in the darkness.

When the wind moves through the trees,
the white wolf lifts its eyes to the sky.
Its howl becomes a blessing,
a reminder from the ancestors:

You are never alone.
The earth walks with you.
The spirits watch over you.
And every path, no matter how long,
will eventually lead you home.
