It’s the little details that can take a hot stone massage from good to next-level! 🌟

Here are 5 insider tips for creating a smoother, more relaxing treatment:

1. Warm your hands first
Cold hands can completely interrupt the relaxation — warm your hands before introducing the stones.

2. Don’t let the stones do ALL the work
Use the stones as an extension of your hands. Combining stone techniques with traditional massage movements creates a much more fluid treatment.

3. Use the shape of the stone to your advantage
The rounded edges and different shapes can be used for different areas and techniques — it’s not one stone fits all!

4. Slow down your transitions
The moment between techniques matters. Keep the movement continuous so the client never feels like the treatment has “stopped.”

5. Work with the heat, not against it
The warmth helps the muscles relax, allowing you to work more effectively without relying on excessive pressure.

And the biggest secret? Practice. 👀
