Weekly plan for UTCT training:

Last week didn’t turn out as planned - life happens and I missed Thursdays run and strength - BUT had a good 10km trail Saturday and Sunday and felt good.

So this weeks plan:
Monday Easy 5km and strength
Tuesday. Pilates x 2 and strength
Wednes. City loop 7km and strength/pilates
Thurs. trail 9km and pilates and strength
Friday. Pilates and strength and walk
Saturday. BEAST 16km
Sunday. COBRA RECCE 8-10km
