๐งก Use an acne-fighting body wash, particularly right after exercising. Benzoyl peroxide or glycolic and salicylic acids are beneficial for reducing the appearance of dark spots.

๐งก Moisturise daily with a non-comedogenic moisturiser to prevent your skin from overproducing oil to compensate when your bodyโs moisture levels are off balance.
