What a day! 💜

When I first decided to bring PRX Plus to Skinworth, I knew it was something special.

Seeing so many familiar faces (and a few new ones!) experience it for the first time reminded me why I love what I do.

Thank you to every single person who joined us, asked questions, laughed with us and trusted me to be part of your skin journey. Days like these are about so much more than launching a new treatment, they’re about building a community, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

As the seasons change, so do your skin’s needs, and sometimes the routine that worked a few months ago just isn’t enough anymore.

Here are a few simple things I recommend to my clients:

💧 Prioritise hydration with a moisturiser that supports your skin barrier.

✨ Exfoliate gently to remove dead skin cells and restore radiance but don’t overdo it.

🧴 Keep wearing your SPF every day. UV rays don’t take the season off.

🤍 Listen to your skin. If it’s feeling dry, irritated or tired, it may be asking for something different.

One of the biggest things I’ve learnt over the years is that healthy skin isn’t about having the most products.

It’s about understanding what your skin needs.

After starting out in the beauty industry, I found myself working in a skin and laser clinic, and that’s when everything changed. I realised that helping people feel confident in their own skin wasn’t just something I enjoyed — it was what I wanted to dedicate my career to.
