✨ CELEBRATING WOMEN ACROSS GENERATIONS ✨
Today, I Jelanie, had the wonderful privilege, as the owner of Ozone Healing Centre, to attend the Iziko Museums of South Africa Women’s Day event — a beautiful celebration of the journey, courage and contribution of women across generations. 🌸
What a privilege it was to meet remarkable women who have chosen to stand for righteousness, face their fears, live authentically, use their voices and bring light wherever they go.
I was deeply honoured to meet Professor Thuli Madonsela. What an extraordinary woman — wise, courageous and deeply committed to making a difference in our country. Her wisdom, integrity and strength are truly inspiring. 🇿🇦
RSG personality, Martelize Brink was such a joy. Her warmth, powerful voice and ability to connect with people are a beautiful reminder of the impact a woman can make when she uses her voice with purpose. 🎙️✨
I also had the privilege of meeting Leigh-Anne Williams, whose presence and work in television have made her a familiar and inspiring voice to many South Africans.
Entrepreneur Babalwa Mbuku inspired me with her commitment to women and girls through her work providing sanitary products and promoting dignity — helping women and girls to participate in school, work and everyday life with greater confidence. ❤️
And our wonderful host, Thembisa Mdoda-Nxumalo — what a remarkable woman! Her zest, sparkle, wisdom and courage brought such beautiful energy to the day. ✨
I left this gathering feeling deeply grateful.
Grateful for the women who came before us.
Grateful for the women standing beside us today.
And grateful for the women who are courageously creating a better future for the generations that will follow.
When women stand in their truth, they light the way for others. 🌷
Here’s to celebrating women — our stories, our courage, our voices and the incredible impact we can have when we lift one another up.
