Snaps from the most perfect day with my little family celebrating my 32 birthday ✨

A morning walk on the mountain, followed by an ocean swim that turned into the most divine & unexpected impromptu beach morning. Peaceful 15min bobs bagels date with my husband while the kids napped in the car. A glass (or two 😉) of wine on the lawns and an ice cream for dinner.

Looking for anyone who has experienced the same because I’m in a cycle of pain that feels like hell.

All of this while still showing up for my kids has been really hard. But hopefully soon I’ll be looking back at this time and thinking “phew thank goodness that’s over!”
