I heard this quote the other day and had to find it to share with you.
As human beings we are either growing or standing still. And to be amazing and show our truest potential we often need to come undone first before we can blossom.
Growth and healing can be a tough process, one most people dont want to face. We follow the blue print we were taught as children, we have self limiting beliefs and negative patterns that can hold us in loop patterns for decades.
But we can only grow through change... through experiences and through the lessons life has to teach us.... and that is amazing to watch.

A thought-provoking quote popped up on my meditation app this morning. "What you believe you experience"

Havnt you noticed how when you get a nail in your tyre, or there suddenly appears a leak in the wall... your thoughts often tend to go, "whats gonna go wrong next!". And just that thought often sends off a miriad of wrong things happening.

Maybe you believe so many people are bad drivers... then you just seem to experience bad driving everywhere you go.
Or maybe you believe the world has gone mad, or life is unfair and somehow you experience more unfairness and injustice.
The same applies for our health and emotions... believe you are unwell and you experience more sickness. Feel angry and irritated... you experience more negative emotions.

The key is, (and i dont always get this right myself), to catch yourself in the moment or the negative thought.. and begin to change your beliefs about the person, event or given situation.
This process needs to become a moment by moment, daily practice to change our negative habits and beliefs to more positive thoughts, feelings and behavior.

Easier said than done... but give yourself a week of changing your beliefs and watch your experiences start to change.

Well, that went fast... Summer is almost gone and Autumn is chasing fast.

It feels like that went way too quickly. Nights are starting to get chilly and the days are already feeling just a little bit shorter and that means that we're well on our way into the next season already.

Summer was great, but it's over now.

Getting ready for the chill and the change of season can be daunting when it feels like it's happening too quickly, and most of the time we need to get our heads right for that shift first.

We all need the change of seasons to move forward and to grow...

And remember, take time to address the needs your body has and make sure that you transition smoothly from the summer to autumn now that there will be a drop in temperatures and an increase in those viral infections

Winter is upon us and so is the risk of vitamin D deficiency and infections. Humans need vitamin D to keep healthy and to fight infections. Beyond your bones, vitamin D is also a key factor in cell growth and health, immunity and inflammation.
The irony is that in winter, when people need vitamin D the most, most of us are not getting enough.

Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are now a global public health problem affecting a large amount of people worldwide.

The consequences of vitamin D deficiency have an alarming number of health issues including skeletal diseases like osteoporosis, infections, obesity, inflammatory bowel diseases, certain cancers, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, psychological and cognitive disorders.

I sometimes get asked by people if I can heal them and I say "I am a facilitator of healing, you can heal yourself". Everyone just needs a little guidance and direction at times; a safe place to be heard and encouragement to be brave enough to look within... at the traumas and the limiting beliefs which have got them to a place of "Dis-ease".
Understand the trauma, process and release it... forgive, ... and most of the time, things will automatically start to shift in a better direction.
