By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative practice, we promote awareness of the interdependence of all aspects of our being- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

At Wellness Within 💙 we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice.

We believe in creating a safe and open space for our clients to honour and celebrate their bodies by guiding them in the art of self love and self care.
