Journey with us next Saturday the 25th or Tuesday the 28th as we explore the seven chakras with their unique colours, meanings and senses!

We received wonderful feedback from our first workshop at the much awaited and popular open day with last month. Participants shared how much fun it was, how informative and how much they enjoyed making their own talisman to take home, making it an all round and very good value experience.

Last month I co-facilitated my first ever Workshop. It was awesome!!

It was rather strange but quickly became something very easy and enjoyable doing something that is so familiar and sacred to me but with witnesses!.

We received lovely feedback from the women who attended. From " refreshingly fun to they enjoyed the art exploration to their delight in making and taking home their own unique essential oil'.

What do you do when you need nurturing and deep loving hugs...?

I listen to music, drink warm and comforting drinks ( not everyday tea 😂) stay in my slippers, grab a blanket if practical and be alone with my grief.

Today is one of those days and I'm so grateful to be able to all the above in my home, alone with no outside influences or interruptions.

I thought a while before posting this, not wanting to be seen as using the annaversary of my father's passing to ' my benefit ' but have come to peace knowing this page is about growth and love and healing and learning.
It's about being brave and vulnerable and raw and true.

Energetic cord cutting

After my second conscious release within a few days, I have realised that this type of deep work encourages more to be done.

Energetic Cord cutting is a spiritual process whereby you remove attachments that have become unhealthy to your wellbeing. They can be from relationships, places or even an event in the past.

These cords need to be cut when you are feeling like your integrity is being tested, when you feel unsafe thinking about the connection, when it brings you pain or disconnect. When you feel that the connection no longer serves your needs or serves your highest intentions.

It's a beautiful process, loving and respectful to both sides.

It's a peaceful process as you show gratitude for the past and let go to honour YOURSELF.

Its a deeply healing process as you balance and possibly regain your power and your spark.

These profoundly deep and spiritual releases need to be held in love, positive intention and respect.

I'm taking some time out to sit in the beautiful and warm sunshine to catch up on some much needed me time and reading.

is such a well known name and with book having been published in the dark ages of 1984....( I was a bitty little teen) Her name and teachings have been around for a long time.

I was interested to see that the testimonial on the back cover was written by who wrote the forward of my favourite reference book by written years later in 2010. By all means, a generation later. Both books are filled with wisdom and personal experiences of the healers.

Add a cuppa herbal tea, some grapes, cheese and pickles and I'm set for the next hour....
