I'm back 😀 sharing a very easy and highly effective technique called THE PAUSE that I learnt about 25 years ago at the School of Practical Philosophy Cape Town in Claremont and have used ever since.

It's a wonderful tool to use when feeling overwhelmed, needing to focus, make important decisions or simply ground yourself.

Try it out and see how you feel and look afterwards ☀️

What a beautiful and insightful poem describing a possibility to some and a belief to others.

A journey to earth to experience life in the physical, human form complete with ALL that encompasses ( we are all familiar)

So beautifully read too.

Blessings and love

A journey through scent, story and self

04/07/2025

What do you do when you need nurturing and deep loving hugs...?

I listen to music, drink warm and comforting drinks ( not everyday tea 😂) stay in my slippers, grab a blanket if practical and be alone with my grief.

Today is one of those days and I'm so grateful to be able to all the above in my home, alone with no outside influences or interruptions.

I thought a while before posting this, not wanting to be seen as using the annaversary of my father's passing to ' my benefit ' but have come to peace knowing this page is about growth and love and healing and learning.
It's about being brave and vulnerable and raw and true.

I share it with that intention 🧡
