FULL MOON PISCES
This Full Moon is in Pisces at 06:19 on 28th August. The Sun is in Virgo and the constellation on the horizon is Leo. The Sun opposition Moon gives us the opportunity to integrate the practical, analytical Virgo qualities with the spiritual and intuitive aspects of Pisces. How do we make our spirituality practical and bring it into our daily lives?
During this Moontime, Uranus (planet of chaos, disruption and sudden change) is in hard aspect (square) to the Sun, Moon and Mercury. These aspects can shake us out of ruts, force us to change how we think and feel, as well as how we engage and connect with the world and those around us. You may experience flashes of insight and new ideas as well.
Whatever has been bubbling under the surface will be brought into the open for our attention. If we have been overly compassionate with others and these feelings were not reciprocated, it may be time to look at reciprocity. Are you getting back what you put in, or are you running on empty? Are you serving others at your expense?
Look at the talents that you have been putting on the back burner. Channel your energy into being creative and use your imagination. Maybe painting or pottery or poetry or dancing or knitting? Something that lights up your Soul. Just do it for you! Follow your heart and find your joy bubble! 🎶
The Neptunian energy of Pisces also invites us to do a cleansing water ritual in whatever form feels like fun. Wash away the old and uncover some new and hidden parts of yourself that need to be remembered. As Albert Einstein wrote: ‘The gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge.’
The Gemstone you can use is Turquoise; the Essence Vanilla; the Herb Dhania.
Thought for this Moontime: ‘You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?’ Jalaluddin Rumi
