The following posts to follow is my personal story of my knee injury and the road so far.
I share this with you all to know that I am a patient too. It has given me more perspective to be able to relate to my patients now.
Understanding the injury process, the surgical process, the recovery process, the healing process and the rehabilitation process.
Listen to and feel your body’s response. Our bodies will heal, we will feel better. It is a process you cannot rush. Just do what you need to do and be patient.
