It was a truly heart opening weekend during my first ever Shamanic Training (held last month). Sharing the work in this way now feels absolutely right, as our world is rapidly going to need more and more people to hold an unjudgmental heart space for others as they begin to wake up out of the collective amnesia that we have been in for so long.

Being a healer is not something reserved for a select few. We are all each other's healers. When we hold the space of unconditional love for another to feel safe enough to unfurl into their truth - this is what a healer is. Of course, there is no certification for that. Just what it is to Be Human.

However, learning a specific healing technique to use whilst in this unconditional heart space with another is what I am teaching - a certification in various Shamanic Healing Techniques.

I am truly grateful to be walking this heart way and sharing the path with so many beautiful souls.

This is a live impromptu drum that can be used for holotropic breathwork .. my friend Emmanuel Vermeulen and I drummed one evening after drinking a lot of cacao; we think it sounds pretty epic :-) It heats up around the 5/6 minute mark onwards. Enjoy xx
