World Hand Hygiene Day

With winter and flu season approaching, proper handwashing is one of the easiest ways to stay well.
In Occupational Therapy, handwashing and grooming are part of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) - supporting independence, dignity, and everyday function.
Take 20 seconds, wash thoroughly (thumbs, fingertips & between fingers), and dry well.
Small habit, big impact. 💙
