This simple principle is oxygen to your relationship with your children throughout their lives.

We know that parents and caregivers are hugely important in the lives of children. We know that as adults we need to model the behaviour we want to see. So I know you might see/read this image and think "uhuh, yeah" and move on. But I would like to invite you to pause a little longer and think about what it would be like to really LIVE THIS.

Reconsidering our carefully held beliefs is scary! I'm aware of the vulnerability parents feel when seeking help - I've been that parent. But it creates powerful change that has generational consequences.
