The opening of Fjord’s hot studio yesterday felt like pure magic - movement, heat, courage, cold plunges, saunas, sweat & most of all, celebration for the start of something so special.

We can’t wait to welcome more people - onto their mats, into the heat, and into a space that feels grounding, soft, strong and expansion all at once. A space to grow, to reconnect & belong to a community that meets you exactly where you are.
