I'd love to invite you to something new.

Over the past few months, many of you have shared how meaningful the Return to the Heart messages have been. I'd love to create a gentle online space where we can deepen this journey together.

I'm starting the Return to the Heart Collective – an informal online support community where we'll explore nervous system regulation, guided meditations, grounding practices, heartfelt conversations, and ways of returning to ourselves with greater compassion and presence.

To begin with, this will be completely free while we grow together and discover what serves the group best.
