This past Sunday, I had the privilege of facilitating the vision board workshop for Traversing Liminality. A coaching program that works with young people who, this year, were from South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Kenya, etc. through coaching conversations anchored by the wisdom of the Enneagram.

The Vision Board Workshop is a culmination of the year, before the Valediction celebration in February. It is an opportunity to integrate the learnings of the year into a practical vision for the next year and beyond.

On this day we celebrate the girls and the journey they have embarked on and remind them of the power they hold within as they take a step on their next chapter.

It was an incredible honor to hold this space on this day and I look forward to the continued work with and its phenomenal faculty.

Post- workout stretches and bunny ears fingers| This year has been about stretching and pushing me beyond the self-limitations. It's also fitting that I completed a by because I am grateful for the challenges a.k.a opportunities for growth.

Here's to finishing strong! 2020 has been a couple of years but it's finally drawing to a close and I'm proud to be catching up to goals deferred at the beginning of this year and dreaming up new ones. Here's to growth, here's to more life🥂
