As an Occupational Therapist, I am always looking at practical tools that can support regulation, focus, emotional balance, and everyday functioning.
This is why I love Adaptiv.
It is not about “fixing” stress.
It is about creating small sensory supports that help people feel more grounded, calm, and able to move through their day with more ease.
I often think about:
• the student feeling overwhelmed before exams
• the adult struggling to transition between tasks
• the person carrying constant stress in their body
• the client who needs support creating calmer daily routines
Adaptiv can become part of those everyday moments.
I personally love:
