As an Occupational Therapist, I am always looking at practical tools that can support regulation, focus, emotional balance, and everyday functioning.

This is why I love Adaptiv.

It is not about “fixing” stress.
It is about creating small sensory supports that help people feel more grounded, calm, and able to move through their day with more ease.

I often think about:
• the student feeling overwhelmed before exams

Frankincense is one of those oils that makes you slow down for a second.

Warm.
Grounding.
Peaceful.

I use it during moments of stress, inflammation, overwhelm, busy mornings, slow evenings, and even as part of my skincare routine.

It is often called the “King of Oils” because of its long history and wide range of uses. From emotional grounding to supporting healthy-looking skin, Frankincense is one of the oils I reach for most often.

A few ways I love using it:
• Add a drop to moisturiser daily
• Apply to pulse points for grounding
• A drop under my tongue daily for brain health and anti inflammatory
• Use during breathwork, journalling, or mindful routines

Sometimes wellness is not about doing more.
Sometimes it is about creating small moments that help you feel calm, connected, and present again.

But how you use them changes everything.

There are three main ways to support your body:

👃🏼Aromatic
This is the fastest way to shift how you feel.
When you inhale, scent travels straight to the part of your brain linked to emotions and memory.
Think calm, focus, and a deeper breath.

💧Topical
This is where oils meet the body.
Support tight muscles, tension, skin, and discomfort.
Diluting does not make it weaker, it helps your body absorb it safely and more effectively.

☕️ Internal
This supports from the inside out.
Think digestion, gut health, immunity, and overall balance.
Only use high-quality oils and proper guidance here.
