Hello Sis....please post for me on the page. I'd be happy to get different views. So I'm in a relationship with a guy who is HIV-Positive. We met when he was already on ARVs. Honestly I've never had any guy treat me like a queen the way this guy does. He ticks all the boxes that I must say. So lately he's been talking about us getting married and starting a family and that's where my issue is. I know there's U=U and all that but my question is, will I have to take PrEP for everyday of my life since it's said viral load can sometimes spike without a warning? I really love him and not thinking of leaving him but I just want to know. Thanks in advance

Misinformation, judgment, homophobia, racism — they keep people from testing, treatment, and support.

But we have the tools to tear it down: HIV testing, meds to prevent & treat HIV, safer s*x, and treatment + care.

Let’s replace fear with facts. Let’s replace judgment with compassion.
