✨✨ APRIL so far…honestly, this year has gone by incredibly fast, it’s actually scary how quickly time flies.

To be honest, this month has been especially busy with the practice, finalising our new home, and spending time with family.

Feeling happy, grateful, and well rested, and ready to keep moving forward through the rest of this year 🤍

Calories matter, but they’re not the full story.

Your body doesn’t just respond to how much you eat…
it responds to how your body is functioning.

Things like:
• Hormones (insulin, cortisol)
• Muscle mass
• Metabolism
• Food quality

all affect whether your body stores fat or burns it.

So yes, you can be eating less…

but if your body isn’t in the right state, results will be slow (or not happen at all).

It’s not just about eating less (Because trust me this does not work)

it’s about helping your body use energy properly.
(It’s about enjoying your food too! 😊🙈)

Because both quality and quantity matter > calories
