What are phytoestrogens — and can they help during menopause? 🌿

Phytoestrogens are natural compounds found in certain plants, and they've been getting a lot of attention lately — especially when it comes to menopause support.
Here's what you need to know:
They have a structure that's somewhat similar to oestrogen, which means they can very gently interact with some of the oestrogen receptors in the body. But — and this is important — they work far more gently than your body's own oestrogen. Think of it as a very soft, nudging effect rather than a replacement.
This gentle oestrogen-like action may help support some common menopause symptoms, which is why they're found in a number of natural menopause formulas.
