Achieving compliance at Auberge is something I am incredibly proud of. It represents years of dedication, sacrifice and relentless hard work, the kind of hard work that almost took everything from my mum. Behind this achievement are countless hours, setbacks, rejection, financial strain and moments when giving up would have been the easier option. My mum poured her heart, her strength, her finances and so much of herself into building Auberge and fighting for what she believed in. To finally reach this milestone feels deeply personal. I know she would be immensely proud to see that everything she fought so hard for was not in vain, that her legacy is continuing, growing stronger and being cared for with the same love and determination she gave it every single day. This one is for you, Mum. ❤️

🌸 Happy Women’s Day to the Incredible Women of Auberge 🌸

Today I want to take a moment to celebrate and thank every woman who is part of our Auberge family.

Auberge is built on care, compassion, patience and strength, qualities that each of you brings to work every single day. Whether you are caring directly for our patients or keeping our home running beautifully, your contribution matters.

The work we do is not always easy. It requires enormous patience, kindness and heart. I see the effort you put in, the long days, the small acts of care that often go unnoticed, and the love you give to the people who depend on us.

I am incredibly proud to work alongside such strong, capable and compassionate women. Thank you for the role each of you plays in making Auberge not simply a place of care, but a home.

May we continue to support, respect and uplift one another, not only today, but every day.

A message to all at Auberge.

As we remember my mum, Sister, Alison, I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you.

Auberge was never just a nursing home to my mum, it was her life’s work, her passion, and her second family. She loved the residents deeply, but she also loved the people who stood beside her every day: all of you.

She believed that caring for others was one of the greatest acts of kindness a person could give. She saw your compassion, your patience, your dedication, and the countless small things you do every day that make such a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Although she is no longer here with us, her legacy lives on through the care you provide. Every comforting word, every helping hand, every moment of dignity and respect you show our residents continues the work she started and the values she held so dearly.

Please never underestimate the impact you have. The heart of Auberge has always been its people, and because of you, my mum’s vision continues to thrive every single day.

Thank you for carrying her legacy forward with such love, professionalism, and compassion. I know she would be incredibly proud of each one of you.
