Our founder, Dr Carl Arndt, grew up in St Francis, and now leads the multidisciplinary Medical Center in Cape Town.

Sports & Exercise Medicine and Longevity Science have gained particular interest in his lovely Eastern Cape hometown.

Dr Llobell leads the Sports & Exercise Medicine division, diagnosing and treating various physical issues, including ligaments, muscles, tendons, overuse, osteoarthritis, and chronic disease management. His treatments include ultrasound-guided intra-articular injections such as PRP, Hyaluronic Acid, Cortisone, and more.
