Refreshed, not different.

One of the most common things I hear from patients is:

"I don't mind getting older—I just don't want to look older than I feel."

This lovely patient came to me feeling that the reflection in the mirror no longer matched the energy, confidence, and vitality she still felt inside.

Our goal wasn't to change her appearance or make her look like someone else.

Instead, we focused on subtle, carefully considered treatments to restore balance, soften signs of ageing, and create a fresher, more rested appearance.

The result is not a different face.

It's simply a version of herself that feels more aligned with how she sees herself.

Because the best aesthetic outcomes aren't about looking treated.

They're about looking well.

Shared with patient consent.

“I'm interested in aesthetic treatments, but I don't know where to start.”

It's one of the most common things I hear from patients.

At 2.0 Aesthetic Medicine, every treatment journey begins with a consultation and a conversation. Together we'll discuss your concerns, goals, and the options available to you—without pressure and without obligation.

You don't need to know exactly what treatment you want before booking.

The right plan starts with a conversation.

Better Together

I’m incredibly grateful to be sharing my practice space with Mickè Blignaut-Osborne, owner of Naked Skincare Aestethics
— an independent somatology practice offering a range of skin and beauty treatments.

Micke brings such a warm, approachable energy to the space, along with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and cared for.

While our practices operate independently, we share a similar philosophy:
✨ thoughtful care
✨ professionalism
✨ creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and welcome

For patients looking for complementary skin and beauty treatments alongside their aesthetic journey, Naked Skincare offers services including facials, micro needling, chemical peels, waxing, permanent makeup, manicures, and pedicures.

I’m so excited for this chapter and grateful to be building it alongside such a supportive and talented woman.

Subtle. Thoughtful. Natural.

My philosophy in aesthetic medicine is simple:

The best work should never be obvious.

You should still look like yourself—just more rested, refreshed, and confident in what you see in the mirror.

At 2.0, treatment is about enhancing rather than altering—respecting natural facial balance, choosing subtlety over excess, and always prioritising safety, honesty, and long-term results.

And sometimes, the best treatment is doing very little—or even nothing at all.

Not every concern needs treatment, and not every requested treatment is necessarily the right one.

Part of my role is offering honest guidance, with recommendations that will always serve you, your natural features, and the most balanced result.

2.0 isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about coming home to yourself.

Sometimes life moves quickly—
careers grow demanding, families need everything from us, stress accumulates, and self-care quietly moves further down the list.

Then one day, we catch our reflection and think:

“What happened?”
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

Not because we want to look different—
but because we want to feel more like ourselves again.

More rested.
More vibrant.
More confident.
More aligned with who we are.

That is what 2.0 means.

Not transformation—
renewal.
Not perfection—
restoration.
Not changing who you are—
simply helping you feel like yourself again.

This practice is incredibly personal to me.

2.0 represents growth, resilience, and becoming a stronger, more balanced version of yourself—not someone different, simply more aligned with how you feel inside.

Over time, life has a way of leaving its mark.
Busy seasons, stress, ageing, and simply putting ourselves last can slowly change how we feel when we look in the mirror—and sometimes, without realising it, we lose touch with ourselves along the way.

Over the past few years, I’ve been through my own season of challenge and growth—one that taught me the value of balance, self-care, and reconnecting with yourself. It showed me how powerful small, intentional changes can be in helping us feel confident and whole again.

That journey is a large part of why I created 2.0.

A space where feeling good about yourself is never seen as vanity, but as part of caring for yourself.

I’m incredibly excited to welcome you into a space built on trust, honesty, and thoughtful care.
