Around Modimolle, honeybees move through the indigenous flowering bush veld, following the plants that come into bloom as the season changes.

The honey they produce carries something of that landscape with it — the flowers, the weather, the season and the place.

This particular harvest produced approximately **300kg of Bush Veld Honey**.

That works out to around **600 × 500g jars**.

Not because we've created an artificial limit.

That is simply the amount of honey produced from this harvest.

When these jars are finished, the next harvest will depend on the bees, the flowers and the season.
