To our Strength in Motion Family,

Today, I get to share something that has been on my heart for a very long time... as I finally write this my heart is filled with joy and very big happy tears!!! 🥹

We're coming home.

After 7 years of dreaming, praying, sacrificing, and taking one step at a time, I have finally purchased our very own property.
There were moments I questioned if this day would ever come, but every challenge has made this moment even more meaningful. This isn't just a move to a new location- it's the beginning of a dream I have carried since Strength in Motion first began... in my garage almost 7 years ago lol
Imagine a place where you don't just come to train, but where you can truly breathe...
A home in the country. Surrounded by nature. Peaceful. Tranquil. A safe space to grow stronger in body, mind, and soul...

THE HEART OF FOURWAYS!!!🤍🤍🤍

From day one, we'll be able to enjoy indoor and outdoor training, bootcamps, breathwork, grounding sessions, and so much more.
But this is only the beginning.
Our vision is to build a complete Health & Wellness Centre - a place where lives are transformed every single day. A place with a coffee shop, a bakery, a health store, a nail and hair bar, massage rooms, HYDRO & recovery spaces, and endless opportunities to help people become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
The sky truly is the limit.
Most importantly, this dream has never been about a building. It's about YOU
