The mantra of the year seems to be ‘new year, new me’.

I think it should rather be ‘new year, new possibilities’ as we are always good enough being ourselves but it is what we strive for and aim for that make for a happier and healthier life!!!!

Mold and the real threat!!!!!

During all my training in functional medicine over the past few years mold has popped up consistently as a potential root cause of respiratory issues!

And oh my gosh this is what we found in our kitchen and bedrooms this past month!!!!!!

It makes so much sense now and so we have worked hard to eliminate this from our house to ensure better health for us all going forward!

My son and I have been experiencing health issues which started when we locked down in 2020 and now I understand why!!!!!
