Congratulations to the Northwood 1st Rugby Team for their hard-fought performance at the KES Easter Festival. The team showed incredible resilience and skill throughout the weekend, representing the school with distinction.
Behind the scenes, physical preparation and recovery are vital to maintaining this level of performance. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr Kevin Worth, our Chiropractor, for providing dedicated support to the players during the festival. Having professional expertise on hand ensures that the boys are managed effectively and remain fit for the demands of high-level school rugby.
