Our Country is going through a very difficult time due to Covid 19. This present situation triggers a lot of fear, anxiety, uncertainty, depression, work related stress and grief as we are constantly loosing significant others. The current pandemic is perpetuated by the continuing GBV and economic strains. Hence all of this is hugely affecting our mental health. So as you continue taking health precautions, do not forget to take care of your mental health.
