Cholesterol is not the enemy.
The body is always communicating.
So many people are prescribed statins without anyone first asking deeper questions about: inflammation, stress, sleep, circadian rhythm, metabolic health, nervous system regulation, mineral status, diet quality, movement, and mitochondrial function.
Cholesterol itself is essential for:

⢠cell membranes
⢠tissue repair
⢠bile acids
Sometimes elevated cholesterol is the body responding to deeper imbalance, stress, inflammation, oxidative damage, or poor metabolic signaling.
This doesnât mean ignore your labs or stop medication.
It means we need to look at the full picture rather than chasing numbers in isolation.
