I have made every effort to source all my ingredients from Organic companies. My oils for mayonnaise and pesto’s and other products are from Crede Oils and will all be virgin, cold pressed and organic, butter will be from grass fed cows and eggs will be free range and anti-biotic free. My vegetables are from Baynesfield Living who over the last few years been moving to a holistic approach to biolo

gical health of the soil and moving toward organic and should be registered shortly. They are using heirloom seeds and have moved away completely from GM seeds. They will not even sell green mealies from their neighbouring farms as their maize is GM. My Superfood products are from Soaring Free Superfoods/Rawlicious. I believe it is worth spending a bit more on Organic food and will not sacrifice quality for cheaper second class rubbish.
