From graduate trainee to Junior Engineer, Sibabalwe’s journey at Yara has been shaped by continuous learning, problem solving, and process improvement.

After joining Yara in 2021, she gained exposure to plant operations and optimisation, building hands-on experience across the business. Today, her role focuses on plant performance, troubleshooting operational challenges, and supporting projects that improve efficiency and reliability.

What keeps the role exciting is that no two days are ever the same. Each challenge brings a new opportunity to learn and improve.

For Sibabalwe, being part of the future of agriculture means contributing to smarter systems, better productivity, and continuous operational improvement.
