Some people count reps and set schedules. Saabir sees people. He has this rare gift of noticing what’s really going on beneath the surface…the tired days, the quiet wins, the moments someone needs to be reminded they’re capable of more. He meets every one of us exactly where we are, with a patience and intentionality that never runs out.

He’s kind and generous in a way that isn’t loud about it. He shows up fully, every time, for every person and somewhere along the way, “fitness trainer” stopped being the right word - this amazing gentle giant became a friend, a brother, someone this whole KMTxMFC is genuinely so blessed to have in our corner.

Today we celebrate who he is and who he continues to become! We appreciate you Saabir! May the next trip around the sun be an incredible adventure. 🥳 God’s Peace and Blessings over you.

📢 Important Update: Gym Closed 30 June 2026

Dear KMT Fitness & Morningside Fitness Club family,

After careful consideration of the marches taking place today, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the gym for the day.

While Morningside isn’t a direct hotspot, several routes to and from the gym will likely be affected — and some of our staff and trainers face transport challenges that could make travel unsafe.

Your safety, and that of our team, always comes first. No workout is worth unnecessary risk. 🙏

💻 Consider an online session with your trainer, or reschedule for another day.
📅 We’re hoping to reopen Wednesday and will keep you updated.
