When you find yourself thinking about matters out of your control, 🤔 things in the future which may or may never happen, when you are not present and paying attention with friends, family, colleagues, when you are driving and thinking of something else, when you are in nature and not enjoying the sounds, feel, smells etc ,it is useful to focus on your senses to gently bring you back into present time. You will find your anxiety dissipating and you will enjoy the full experience of where you are! ☺️

This was a nature walk I did the other day… the signs along the way were lovely touchstones as a reminder 💚 And a rainbow as a gift at the end 🌈
