I inherited Nala from my father, a few months before he passed away. It was just when I was getting to know him better that he left us, and Nala feels like a continuation of that budding relationship.
Perhaps he felt I needed something that would be very loyal to me. Something I could always put my trust in, even in my sleep. That’s exactly who Nala is to me, she’s so loyal.
It’s humbling to get a gift so present and potent in one’s life…I wish I had inherited her earlier. I’ve learnt a lot about what true loyalty means through her, and even better, what it feels like to receive.
Nala was wild when I first met her, but we were patient and, once we got to understand each other, the rewards were visible.
My skincare journey has needed a similar kind of patience. Sometimes we don’t give something a chance, to get our desired results. Being loyal to Dermetone has rewarded me in the most beautiful way.
Today, I feel incredibly confident in my skin.
