We're looking forward to welcoming you as usual tomorrow.

To keep our team safe, we've made a few temporary operational adjustments for Tuesday, 30 June.

Our pharmacies will be open and trading as normal. All non-essential staff will be working remotely, and our delivery service will be suspended for the day.

We've also confirmed availability with our key suppliers and, at this stage, trading and services will continue as usual.

PHARMACY THEN & NOW

There was a time when cough syrups commonly contained morphine and other opium-derived ingredients.

At the time, these medicines were widely accepted and prescribed. Today, we understand far more about the risks of dependence, respiratory depression and medication safety.

It's a reminder that medicine is constantly evolving as new research and evidence emerge.

What remains unchanged is the important role of healthcare professionals in helping patients make informed decisions about their health and treatment.

Because while medicine changes, the need for trusted advice does not.
