What's the most important part of your routine? SPF of course ๐Ÿ˜‰

Even though it's cold outside UVA and UVB rays are still present.

Here's a simple way to understand it

UVA ๐ŸŒซ๏ธ ๐ŸŒง๏ธ โ˜€๏ธ are present on cloudy , rainy and sunny days , these rays pe*****te deep and usually cause deeper dermal ageing and damage to the skin.

UVB โ˜€๏ธ are the rays that are the strongest during sunny summer days . Usually contributes to sunburn and skin cancers.

Hope this makes understanding the importance of SPF a little easier ๐Ÿค

If you have an oily or oily combination/acne skin look for a light textured moisturiser with Hyaluronic acid this will Hydrate the skin without the oil๐Ÿ˜‰

* Remember an oily skin that's properly Hydrated will actually produce LESS sebum.
