🦴 Strong bones matter.
Did you know that nutrition plays an important role in supporting bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis is a condition where bones become weaker and more fragile over time, often without symptoms until a fracture occurs. Healthy habits such as eating enough protein, including calcium-rich foods, staying active, strength training, maintaining healthy vitamin D levels, and avoiding smoking can all help support strong bones.
We are proud to work closely with Dr Roos and the Institute for Osteoporosis at Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, where our dietitian Barbara consults as part of the multidisciplinary team supporting patients with bone health, osteoporosis, muscle preservation and healthy ageing.
