Our body is giant accumulation of stress. โฃ

Stress form work, school, relationships, bills, exercise, lack of sleep, etc...โฃ

It all accumulated like liquid in a glass and if you donโt handle it properly all it takes is one stupid, little worry or stressor to make it all overflow...then all areas of your life are drowning from the stress. We canโt separate stress. Managing stress is so crucial to our health and goals. โฃ

If youโre trying to go into the gym running on no sleep, poor diet, and stress, and expect to be productive you are only kidding yourself.โฃ

We see this all the time and people wonder why they arenโt making progress ๐คฆโโ๏ธโฃ

More is not better folks. If your tired, hungry, and stressed just home and sleep, eat, and calm down. You arenโt a freaking robot.โฃ

You have a lot of stress going on in your life, some easy to deal with where as some of overwhelming. That will affect the way you achieve your goals so instead of worrying about making sure you get to the gym, maybe start worrying about everything leading up to actually lifting those weights first.โฃ
