We completed the last SWAT training on workplace based assessment for 2026. This time we had participation from medicine, microbiology, obstetrics, ENT, anaesthetics, psychiatry, gastroenterology, and rheumatology, Thanks to Sa'ad Lahri, Liesl de Waard and Bob Mash for facilitating and the South African Academy of Family Physicians - SAAFP for coordinating.

He also contributes to postgraduate education as honorary lecturer and external assessor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Cape Town.
