FOLKES, it's important to book your maintenance service with us for visits 12 months in advance..... Doesn't help us to get a call expecting us to "Come tomorrow" to change filters that are 10 months, 2 years or more overdue and the water is dirty or tasting ghastly & it's leaking!

Look after your investment on a regular basis. We advise everyone the correct periods that you need to book..... If not done, we see desperate customers wondering what has happened??!!

So, see you more often during the 12 months!

ADVICE: When investing in a water purifier, dispenser, bean to cup coffee machine, ice machine, wall mounted boiling units; etc; etc.... it is important to remember that these products need TLC frequently throughout the year.... they do not change filters, clean & sanitise themselves!
1. FILTERS: Anything from 1 week, 1, 2, 3 months... Lucky if it's 6
months etc.
2. DISPENSERS: Need to be sanitised to suit use.... Once or twice a
year is similar to washing a drinking glass once or twice a year!
3. BEAN TO CUP COFFEE MACHINES.... block up inside: pipes,
grinder & areas inside the machine causing unnecessary
damage... including collecting worms & cob webs.
4. PLUMBED IN PRODUCTS: Ensure the water is not scaling &
causing blockages whether using filters or not! Needless to say
it is critical to use a water purifier which suits the water type &
conditions.

Enjoy your investment more knowing it is safe waterwise & clean inside & out!

Time to wish everyone a well earned break over Christmas & seeing in NY 25.... the body needs a rest so pamper it. See you next year. Stay safe, relaxed, worry not about resolutions... they take place regardless of planning!!
