✨ "Every Wall is a Door" ✨

There is something so wonderful about being in the Transkei. A lot of nothing but everything. Not being able to have that instant satisfaction of something you want or need. You pack to go -(and yes that means everything but the kitchen sink) and hope you have what you need, but if you don't it's not the end of the world. It's always a humbling experience. Also these goats look like they are living their best life 😂😍🤸🏽‍♀️. Happy Sunday 🤸🏽‍♀️🌈🙏🏽! I hope you find gratitude in less and not more. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

DEAR BODY,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience my life. Taking me to all the places I want to go, to do all the things I want to do.

Thank you for giving me the chance to see, hear, smell, taste and feel so deeply.
Thank you for protecting me.

Thank you for every answer you have me in my heart and gut.
Thank you for recovering when I pushed you past your limits.
I need you to know that I trust you.
I promise to honour, listen and take care of you.

You are a beautiful, sacred vessel deserving of respect, love and appreciation.
You are my home. I am grateful to you.
Thank you body. I love you body. ✨✨✨

Your body is the only true home you will ever live in - spend time honouring yourself each and every day.

Happy Friday 🤸🏽‍♀️.

✨The good news? It’s all temporary. The bad news? It’s all temporary.

The moments that take your breath away, and the ones that steal it from your lungs - they will all pass. The joy you wish that could stay forever will fade, but so will the pain that you thought never would. If nothing is permanent, then every moment is a gift. If everything changes, then even loss makes way for something new. Hold on, but not too tightly. Let go, but not too soon. Love what you have whilst it is yours, and trust that what leaves will make carve for what’s to come.

✨ Happy Friday ✨🧘🏻‍♀️📿🤸🏽‍♀️🔮
