Whenever I visit Cape Town I have to stop ✋ at Constantia Pick n Pay and have a coffee and cappuccino muffin. Today I was blown away by the new Set-Up. A crisp, seamless seating area, with AMAZING STAFF and SPECIALS. I even got to meet homegirls
from the Eastern Cape. In celebration of my memories with Mamawele I ordered a JAM DONUT 🍩. And yes - whenever I can promote childhealth and breastfeeding 🤱 I talk tooo much to EVERYONE 😂. She never thought this was possible for her and baby after having three painful experiences that stole the joy, bonding experience and Mamosa's desire to give her children the best start at life through breastfeeding.

Recycling depots are available in Gonubie, Southernwood, West Bank, Amalinda, and Mdantsane, making it easier than ever to recycle responsibly.

Welcome to June & our line-up for this month;

* *Behind-the-scenes* Mingle featuring the Eyabantwana: For the Children Trust, presented by Bronwyn.
Thursday the 11th in East Lonon. Wow wow what an amazing morning. Together Best Start NPO hopes to share and grow the work of the Eyabantwana trust in East London. I also hope we can work together on our Breastfeeding training for a staff, parents and medical 🏥 support at the Frere Maternity Hospital in Emonti. Currently only 22 % of mothers breastfeed or express for their babies up to 6 months. This means that around 80 % of infants are growing on diluted formula, and other alternatives like flour and water. Every child born in South Africa deserves the BEST START IN LIFE AND TOGETHER WE HOPE TO BRING MORE SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WITHIN THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE.

Get to know your girls and don't compare them to anyone else's. Every pair is unique, and breasts come in all shapes and sizes. Whether your ni***es are big, small, flat, inverted, or protruding, many mothers can still successfully breastfeed with the right support and guidance. Don't be ashamed of your body learn about it, love it, and take care of it. 💖

A heartfelt thank you to Biddulphs for safely transporting these hospital-grade breast pumps and to Mickey Turner Agencies for generously providing storage space while we prepare for the next phase of our project.

These pumps are far more than pieces of equipment, they are tools that can help mothers provide life-saving breastmilk to vulnerable babies. For premature and sick infants, breastmilk can make a significant difference to their health, growth, and development.

Our vision is to make these pumps available to mothers who need them most, helping to support breastfeeding and improve outcomes for babies in our communities.

Hello South Africa!!!
OUR PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!🙏❤️
About 2 weeks ago we were notified that the medical equipment we had in storage needed to move out of the storage facility at the end of May. In storage were boxes of Hospital Grade Breastpumps along with many other medical supplies. We needed it to be moved from Joburg to East London. We are so pleased to announce that Biddulphs Movers made our DREAM A REALITY!! Without their support moving life-saving medical equipment would have not been possible. Thank you so much to Biddulphs and all those who shared our posts asking for assistance and those who also prayed with us. Please continue to pray for our work and vision to assist moms in government hospitals who have had twins/ prems. These hospital grade Breastpumps will help them with time and extra breast stimulation instead of using their hands. Giving mums dignity and support. We are very grateful to Biddulphs within a week the pumps were moved. They communicated with us every step of the way and went out of their way, above and beyond. AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏

Friends - Do you have a sore on your skin, a cracked ni**le, a cut that is sore? Why not apply some of this ointment above ⬆️ SUPIROBAN OR BACTROBAN AS IT WAS CALLED TO THE AREA? Another TOP TIP - After applying the ointment you can apply warm heat from a hairdryer over the ointment. Do you know that I use a SUPRIOBAN ON SORE CRACKED NI***ES AND WITHIN a few hours you can see the skin healing ❤️‍🩹 better?
