Stress is a normal part of life, but how we respond to it makes all the difference. Here are a few healthy ways to cope when things feel overwhelming:

Breathe deeply – slow, steady breaths calm your body and mind.
Move your body – a short walk, stretching, or light exercise can release tension.
Stay connected – talk to a friend, family member, or support group.
Take a break – give yourself permission to step away and recharge.
Practice mindfulness – focus on the present moment with kindness and awareness.

Remember: it’s okay to ask for help.

If stress feels too heavy to manage alone, our team at Life St Mark's Clinic is here to support you. For more information on our facility and services, contact us on 043 707 4400 or visit our website: https://bit.ly/49eZpSx
