Some post-op rehab. Working on regaining knee stability, concentric & eccentric strength of the quadriceps, balance, weight bearing on injured side.

Please note, every individual responds to exercise and rehab differently. Not all rehab looks the same. Sometimes we just want to focus on movement before focusing on 100% correct form.

Physical rehabilitation has a massive mental component attached to it so please be kind to others and yourself when watching or doing rehab. 🫶🏼

Your hips are a massive part of your mobility in your lower back, knees and ankles. If your hips are restricted it can affect a multitude of movements in the lower body.

The hip joint is a ball and socket joint and can do up to 6 movements 💪🏼
