princess is growing and keep mantaining my body ,,,healthy eat low carb ndiri kudya hupfu hwakasangana sorghum,wheat and maize meal hunogara hupfu ihwohwo,and I use zviyo pakubika my porridge,ini zvangu red meat ndoidya ka 1 pa 3 months nyama yangu I chicken ne fish,,all pastas ndodya but in a portion control andidye zvekuti dumbu rosara rakati maku noo I do snack but nema peanuts kazhinji,I don't drink soft drink ndonwa juice like cranberry,berries ne apple,and lots of water
