One of the most common things I hear is, "I feel hungry all the time." Often, people assume it's simply a matter of eating less or having more self-control. But hunger is actually influenced by many factors.

If your meals are low in protein or fibre, you may find yourself hungry again shortly after eating. Poor sleep can also increase hunger hormones, while dehydration is sometimes mistaken for hunger altogether.

✅ Balanced meals containing protein, healthy fats, and fibre help improve satiety and support steady energy levels throughout the day.

If you're constantly hungry, your body may be trying to tell you something. The goal isn't to ignore hunger - it's to understand it.
